This is one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast. Before you tell me I’m nuts you should really try it. I have read time and time again about how great oatmeal is for you and how you should eat a bowl ever day. GAG ME! I cannot eat oatmeal. So instead I eat cream of wheat. I eat the plain cream of wheat and make it as normal with water. Then take a individual cinnamon applesauce and mix it in. It makes the plain cream of wheat nice and smooth and has a great taste. Its just like eating the Cinnamon apple cream of wheat but with a lot less calories. This will definitely fill you up. This is a total of 250 calories.
