I got in a 30 minute run and I did an arm workout as well.

10 Push Ups – I did 10
20 Tricep Extentions – I did 15
30 Bicep Curls – I did 25 using 5lb weights
40 Second Plank – I did 40 seconds
50 Tummy Tuks – I did 50
40 Second Plank – I did 30 seconds
30 Bicep Curls – I did 30 using 5lb weights
20 Tricep Extentions – I did 20
10 Push Ups – I did 10
I am pretty happy with this workout today.  🙂
