Week 2 – Weigh In

I wasn’t very happy with the number on the scale last time but I kept working out and stuck with it again this week.  Still not a big number but my measurements are down again so I am happy about that.  Plus my jeans are getting really baggy now.  All good things.

Down a total of .6 lbs so far.  Not great but I will take it.

We are eating healthier and feeling better.  Even baby J is eating better (when she eats).  🙂

    If you are working out you a prob gaining some muscle too which means your weight wont go down. To me its not about that # more about how your clothes fit.

      I totally agree! That is why I am measuring as well. I can see the numbers going down there and I can feel the ways my clothes fit better. I am trying not to obsess over the scale number to much. Just focusing on my goal of 1000 miles in 2012. Its all good stuff.
